Culture Alignment & Behavioural Change Program – Airline industry

Our client, a large Australian-based airline was hugely impacted by the devastating effects of covid of the tourism and travel industry. During 2022, they embarked on a review of their organisational cultural values and behaviours. The Culture Group was engaged to deliver an organisational wide Culture Alignment program to all employees. 

The overall intent was to showcase the organisation’s unique and authentic culture, reaffirm the importance of strategy, living the Values and empowering individuals to choose value aligned behaviours. The Culture Group delivered 45 workshops to over 700 employees across Australia and New Zealand.

Leadership Capability Shift – Higher Education Sector

Our client’s strategic vision was to strengthen their leadership system and align and develop a community of leaders with a clear understanding of the skills and behaviours to achieve the strategic plan through our people. As a multi-sector university with more than 91,000 students and 11,000 staff globally and the landscape in the Education Sector dramatically shifting our client needed to create a paradigm shift in the focus, capability and responsibilities of leaders.

With such a big agenda, our client worked with The Culture Group on multiple programs of work to support the broader leadership capability shifted that was needed. These programs included – Design and delivery of Senior & Operating Leaders Program; Established a suite of industry immersive experiences including taking over 250 leaders and academics through Dialogue in the Dark

Design and delivery of a suite of core capability programs for the University including Leading Change, Inclusive Communication and Think Innovation; Cultural change program to support a new Operating Model; Designed and delivered a Top Team Effectiveness Program for an Executive Team and provided Individual Coaching for Academics in the Career Reignite program.

Increase in accountability, ownership and adaptive leadership to over 250 leaders attending Dialogue in the Dark.

Post program Leadership network – 82% participation in peer-to-peer coaching.

Staff feedback improvement by 14% that Senior Leaders are good role models.

When working with The Culture Group I appreciated their simple and no-nonsense approach to planning, delivery, feedback and importantly communication. Culture Transformation – Transportation Industry

Our client, an unlisted company and owner of two busy Australian airports, embarked on a review of its organisational culture and values. The objective of the program was to ensure the organisation remains a relevant and appealing employer for key talent with the boom in Victorian infrastructure delivery providing a challenging talent market for project management, planning and construction specialists, making their status as an employer of choice a vital strategic asset. The Culture Group led a company-wide Culture Transformation program that started with the redevelopment of the organisation’s values. 

The cultural program also included baseline culture audit including Survey, Interviews & Focus Groups, Top Team Effectiveness program with the CEO & Executive Team, implementation of Leadership Learning Labs for their top 80 leaders focusing on critical self-awareness, mindset, influence, trust, visible leadership and strategies to lead; Individual Coaching and Development Plans established for all leaders and the development of 3-year cultural playbook to ensure sustainability of the transformation.
