Our client, a large Australian-based airline was hugely impacted by the devastating effects of covid of the tourism and travel industry. During 2022, they embarked on a review of their organisational cultural values and behaviours. The Culture Group was engaged to deliver an organisational wide Culture Alignment program to all employees.
The overall intent was to showcase the organisation’s unique and authentic culture, reaffirm the importance of strategy, living the Values and empowering individuals to choose value aligned behaviours. The Culture Group delivered 45 workshops to over 700 employees across Australia and New Zealand.
