Our Culture Change Philosophy underpins how we approach culture change and leadership development. We believe each organisation has their own authentic culture that drives energy, engagement, and experience.

Discover

Our initial phase of discovery allows us to understand the context to ensure we are aware of all key business drivers and uncover any gaps between the current culture and the desired future state. Involving the key stakeholder early allows us to create experiences that will shift behaviours and deliver team and operational results.

Create

We will create a solution that integrates, connects and promotes cross collaborative practices and aligns to your strategy. A table read with the key stakeholder as the signoff point will ensure the overall design aligns with expectations. The creation process is iterative, involving you, the client, throughout the overall build.

Embed

The focus of the embed phase is to ensure the behaviours and agreed workshop actions are transferred back into the workplace. We highly recommend individual coaching sessions to anchor accountability and individual ownership plus review the post program commitments. Focussed development plans and leader accountability, ensures on-going culture change work is sustained over time.
